Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
All orders are subject to a lead time of 2-3 days for in-stock items (this does not apply to custom items; please refer to our “Delivery Times” page for tailor-made products). Given fluctuating order volumes, this lead time allows us to maintain uncompromising quality in fulfilling your orders.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled after 14 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we begin sourcing materials based on your order, and cancellations are no longer possible.
Order Modification
Requests for changes to orders, such as color or shipping address, must be submitted by email only. Without a confirmation email from us, the modification will not be processed. You will receive a new order confirmation once the change is validated. Without this, no modifications will be applied.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return the item. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us through the “CONTACT” page or via Instagram with your order number.
Refunds for returned items will be issued via the original payment method. All refunds or canceled orders paid via Credit Card or PayPal will incur a 4% processing fee.

Warranty
Limited Lifetime Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our products. If a defect in materials or craftsmanship is found, we will repair or replace the product free of charge for its lifetime. This does not cover normal wear and tear. Our goal is to repair items whenever possible to reduce environmental impact; if repair is not feasible, the item will be replaced. To initiate a warranty claim, please use the submission form under the “RETURN” tab on our website. Final discretion on warranty coverage rests with PANDATAC.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required.
