All orders are subject to a lead-time of 2-3 days for item on stock in shop not for custom item, please see our page Delivery times for tailor-made. In response to the volatility of order volumes, the lead-time provides a buffer to manufacture the orders with uncompromising quality
Return & exchange policy
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us. For this, please send us a request via “CONTACT” with your order number.
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. All Credit Card and or PayPal payments for order are subject to a 4% processing fee for refunds and or canceled orders

Limited lifetime guarantee
We stand by the quality of our product. Should a defect in materials or craftsmanship be found we will repair or replace your product free of charge for the lifetime of the product. Normal wear and tear of your product is excluded. Our goal is to repair as much as possible as to have as low of an environmental impact as possible, however if an item can not be repaired the item will be replaced. To do this, use a submission form under the “RETURN” tab in the menu bar. Final discretion will ultimately be left to pandatac.
Please be aware that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping charges. This guarantee applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable. Proof of purchase will be required.
